Recently, CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd (HED) developed contactless IC cards for the Chinese National Centre for the Performing Arts.

HED is a specialist in contactless IC industry in China. The chips that were used in the National Centre were HED’s logical encrypt chip CIR72A04 (4K memory). It is HED’s newest chip model which was just launched in early 2008. It could be used in transportation, electronic payment and many other areas.
