Hangzhou Zhaohui integrated agricultural market has become the first business application mode achieved whole network contactless payment and Wireless transmission early June 2009, where consumers can pay by citizen card, public transport card and grain & oil card and HED provided products and technology supports for this project. Going to market and paying by card attracted the interests of most citizens of Huangzhou and the local media. Huangzhou Daily made a special follow-up survey after two weeks’ experiment, and the results showed that more than 80% consumers support paying for food by card; 68.32% consumers believes that it’s convenient to pay food by card for consumers and business operators and 80.18% consumers consider that it’s convenient to pay for food by card.
