On March 15th, 2012, CEC Huada Electronic Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the HED) won the title of "China’s Top Ten IC Design Enterprises in 2012" at the "2012 China Semiconductor Market Annual Meeting and IC Industry Innovation Conference (IC Market China 2012)" held by China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA). 

CSIA will perform the statistic summary on domestic IC industry and hold the “Top Ten” selection for well performed enterprises in fields of IC design, semiconductor manufacture and semiconductor packaging and testing every year. In the past 2011, HED consolidated its dominant fields, exploited the new market and achieved fruitful results in various fields of social security card, telecommunication, oil refueling, online authentication and electronic metering. Then it became the chip manufacturer with best performance in smart card industry and ranked the "China’s Top Ten IC Design Enterprises in 2012".
